Having an architectural designer on-staff has made it possible for J. Anthony Homes to provide
customers with a customization service. The difference is that changes are welcome here, and unlike builders that
discourage and charge for design modifications, here they are free. "It's part of our focus to customize each home
to the personal taste of the owner," said company president, Joe Wendelberger.
