The advertised price even includes over $20,000 in allowances for site improvements including survey, building permits, rough grading, gravel driveway, construction clean-up and final interior cleaning...something other builders tack on. With the exception of the city sewer and water hook-up, or well and septic, what you see in the model is what you get... no hidden extras.
