Four (4) month service:
All items to be corrected must be submitted in writing within four (4) months of owners' occupancy permit date to be eligible for this Construction Warranty four (4) month service date. J. Anthony Homes is entitled to an additional (14) days after receiving such completed list to schedule correction or repair of items. The choice of repair or replacement needed for correction is JAH's. JAH will not repair items it has not installed. Buyer shall provide JAH, its employees and subcontractors, safe access to the Buyer's home to perform warranty work from 8:00 am. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any work not reported within the above referenced time frame will be deferred until the one (1) year Construction Warranty service date.

One (1) year service:
All items to be corrected must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) clays before the final expiration of the Construction Warranty period. J. Anthony Homes is entitled to an additional (14) days after receiving such completed list to schedule correction or repair of items. The choice of repair or replacement needed for correction is JAH's. JAH will not repair items it has not installed. Buyer shall provide JAH, its employees and subcontractors, safe access to the Buyer's home to perform warranty work from 8:00 am. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If Buyer fails to notify JAH in writing before the expiration of the Construction Warranty period, JAH is not responsible for performing any corrective work that would otherwise have been covered under this warranty.
